Parks & Recreation - Youth and Teen Advisory Committee
The Commerce City Youth and Teen Advisory Committee is an exciting program comprised of young people from Commerce City ages 11 through 18. This dedicated group of students meets throughout the month to discuss pertinent youth and teen issues in the community, give input on existing and future programs as well as plan and implement volunteer projects in the community. Civic responsibility, leadership and teamwork are the attributes the Youth and Teen Advisory Committee strives to instill in its members.
Applications are still being accepted for the Committee and any Commerce City student in grades 6 –12 is encouraged to apply. Please contact Jenna Sutheimer at (303) 289-3674 for application materials and with any questions.
