Information and Guidelines
Free trash removal is provided for Commerce City residents who live in single family or duplex homes. Triplexes,
quadriplexes, businesses, apartments, mobile home parks and churches are not covered under the Commerce City trash removal program.
The City’s contractor, Waste Management, will make every effort to accommodate the needs of each residence. Due to restrictions at the landfill, and in order that efficient service
can be provided throughout the City, please observe the following: Trash Requirements
