Public Notice of Tentative Discharge Permitting Actions

In accordance with Colorado discharge permit regulations, the Permits Section of the Water Quality Control Division is providing the following public notices.  Please submit written comments to:  CDPHE, WQCD-P-B2, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80246-1530.

The Permits Unit of the Water Quality Control Division issues and administers discharge permits and other control mechanisms as provided by the Colorado Water Quality Control Act. The permit program covers stormwater discharges, and wastewater discharges to surface water and groundwater from industrial, domestic, and animal feeding operations. The Permits Unit also administers the industrial pretreatment program, biosolids program, and reuse programs.
