The Records Division maintains and preserves all documentation produced by the officers of the Commerce City Police Department.
The division is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, monitoring holding cells, entering information into the Police reporting system (I-Leads) and reporting data collected by officers to Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), providing after hours court services, including bonding and warrant confirmations, answering incoming calls, approving and auditing report entries, entering and deleting data into Colorado Crime Information Center (CCIC) and the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), processing impounds, reporting pawn activity through I-Leads and CCIC, and providing research for detectives and officers.
Records division is open to the public:
