Neighborhood Services provides:

- Education on municipal ordinances
- Education on policies and procedures
- Code enforcement
- Zoning enforcement
- Property maintenance enforcement
- Graffiti removal
- Dead/diseased trees
- Sign code enforcement
- Residential occupancy standards
- Oversized vehicle permits
- Sidewalk maintenance
Oversized Vehicle and Yard Sale permits must be applied for in person at the Neighborhood Services office at City Hall.
Business Licensing -
Applications for a General or Specialty Business License can be downloaded online or picked up at the Neighborhood Services' Office at City Hall.
