Housing Rehabilitation Loan
Provides low-interest loans to qualifying homeowners for home repair and improvement projects such as electrical rewiring and plumbing, furnace or roof repairs.
Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance
Offers low-interest loans to qualifying first-time homebuyers.
Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance
Offers a Section 8 housing subsidy to qualified applicants who rent from private landlords. CCHA annually inspects these rented units to ensure they meet HUD housing quality standards.
