Commerce City’s plan to grow from its current 30 square miles to 63 square miles is expected to bring over 30 thousand new homes to the area. By 2015, total economic impact of the City will likely almost triple from $15 billion to $44 billion.
The Economic Development team’s mission is to attract, develop, and retain quality businesses into this thriving and growing economy. The team, comprised of dedicated professionals who are members of the city government structure, is based at City Hall. They work closely with other city departments, community organizations, and businesses to help make this community successful.
