MUNICIPAL COURT
The Commerce City Municipal Court prosecutes municipal ordinance and most traffic violations occurring within the City limits when a ticket is issued by a Commerce City Police Officer, Animal Control Agent, Neighborhood Services Inspector, or Sales Tax Auditor
Schedule:
The Court holds weekly sessions. A person with a summons or a ticket must appear at the session indicated on the summons or ticket.
