Oversized Vehicle Parking Permit:
It shall be unlawful to park, keep or store or allow the parking, keeping or storing of any vehicle in excess of one-ton carrying capacity, excluding pick-up trucks, on any private property that is in a residentially zoned district or on or directly adjacent to any property which is legally used for residential purposes, regardless of the zoning within the City of Commerce City, without a duly issued city permit.
The $50.00 non-refundable fee is valid for 2 years.
