Yard Sale Permits:
A yard sale permit is not required. Yard sales shall not last for more than three (3) consecutive days during any one (1) sale period. Yard sales shall begin no earlier than seven (7:00) a.m. and end no later than seven (7:00) p.m. on any given day. Signs advertising yard sales cannot be posted on public utility poles (telephone poles or stop signs), public fences or other public property. All signs must be free standing (on a stake). All signs must be removed within twenty-four (24) hours after the sale is complete.
