Weeds, Brush, Tree Limbs, and Shrubs
It shall be unlawful for anyone who is the owner or occupant, having control of any occupied or unoccupied lot or parcel of land, in the city to permit or maintain any growth of weeds, grass or brush in excess of 6 inches. Tree limbs or shrubs will be trimmed to a height of ten feet or more above the elevation of the sidewalk, and trimmed to height of fifteen feet or more above the elevation of the street pavement adjacent to the gutter.
