Residential Occupancy Standards:
It shall be unlawful for any adult person to occupy or let another occupy any dwelling or dwelling unit that does not contain at least 200 square feet of floor space for each adult occupant. Regardless of the amount of square footage, the maximum number of adult persons shall not exceed four adults. Adult person shall mean anyone 18 years of age or older.
