Executive Session  Motion to go into an executive session for a conference with the city attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice in regards to Tri-State Transmission under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and Section 4.24(b) of the Commerce City Home Rule Charter and for discussion of a personnel matter under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (2)(f) and not involving: any specific employees who have requested discussion of the matter in open session; any member of this body or any elected official; the appointment of any person to fill an office of this body or of an elected official; or personnel policies that do not require the discussion of matters personal to particular employees

Motion to Cancel March 10, 2008 meeting due to NLC presented by City Attorney Robert Gehler

Ordinance 1716 Appropriation Ordinance recognizing Immigrant Integration Grant presented by Community Relations Coordinator Jaime di Paulo
